Passport, 2 Form, 2 photos, ticket, covering letter on business letterhead to Yemen Consulate. Letter from Chamber of Commerce, Letter of Invitation (sometime message is required from Ministry of Interior).

Tourist Visa

Form can be obtained only on production of relevant documents & applicant has to undergo the Medical Test with panel doctorâ€™s consulate by Yemen Consulate, which can be done only in Mumbai.
